I'm a compliance and financial crime professional with international experience across private equity, real estate investment, and public regulatory institutions across the EU, U.S., and LATAM.
At NAKATOMI CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL, LLC, I conduct cross-border legal and regulatory due diligence for private equity and real estate transactions above USD 400M, while leading AML/KYC risk assessments across EU, LATAM, and U.S. jurisdictions. I prepare compliance risk reports for Investment Committee decision-making, review beneficial ownership structures, and support oversight of structured finance transactions (CMBS) and internal controls. I also draft and negotiate commercial agreements and build Excel financial models to underpin underwriting and portfolio risk monitoring.
Previously, as Regulatory Compliance & Public Procurement Lead at the National Transport Safety Board, I led governance and compliance under international aviation frameworks, coordinated a five-person legal team for high-value procurement, and represented the institution before ICAO. Earlier, as Counsel for Strategic Contracts & Regulatory Affairs for Argentina’s Presidency logistics board, I supported international procurement and drafted complex public-contract documentation.
