What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead end-to-end analysis for telecom or IT products, bridge business and engineering teams, improve processes and integrations, and deliver clear, testable requirements in Agile environments.

Senior business analyst in telecom and IT — OSS/BSS, MVNO platforms, billing and provisioning. Ten-plus years across Netcracker, Cloud.ru and Effortel, running analysis end to end: requirements elicitation, AS-IS/TO-BE and BPMN process mapping, functional and technical specifications, integration design across REST, SOAP and message queues, user stories and acceptance criteria, then functional, integration and UAT testing.

At Netcracker I worked on Telefónica's OSS/BSS transformation from early discovery through go-live in five Central American countries, running stakeholder sessions and owning UAT preparation and execution. Multi-country programmes are rarely about producing more documents — they're about holding one requirement consistent across five markets that each want an exception to it. That work ran in Spanish, and I still do client-facing analysis in Spanish, English and Italian.

Two results I'd point to. I built out low-code/no-code functionality on a Netcracker product so configuration replaced coding, bringing time-to-market down roughly tenfold — research-led work: goals, data analysis, cost-benefit, prototyping, validation. And bringing Claude and ChatGPT into daily analysis cut my documentation time by at least 30% while making the output more detailed, across three languages.

Current work is MVNO/BSS delivery at Effortel: product catalogue and tariff configuration, integration specifications between billing, provisioning and SIM management systems, and regulatory compliance tracks. Before analysis I spent six years as a network engineer — RF planning at MegaFon, core network design at MTS — so when a specification touches provisioning or the network layer, I know what I'm describing.

I work in Scrum teams with developers, QA, architects, product owners and client-side stakeholders, using Jira, Confluence, BPMN/UML, SQL and Postman. I'd rather be the person who flags that two requirements contradict each other before anything is built than after.

Based in Valencia, Spain, with a Spanish residence permit — no sponsorship required. Languages: Spanish C1, English C1, Italian B2, Russian native.
