I’m a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using React.js and Node.js, focused on conversational platforms and chatbot systems. I build frontend interfaces, backend webhook services, API integrations, and conversational workflows end-to-end.

At Fareportal India Pvt. Ltd., I decoupled Dialogflow from backend webhook services to eliminate the platform’s 5-second response timeout, preventing conversation flow failures for business API calls exceeding the threshold. I re-architected CTA handling to route requests directly to intent-mapped functions, reducing unnecessary API calls and lowering operational costs, while optimizing conversational flows to drive measurable revenue growth (including an increase of 14 tickets/day in bookings).

I also led the migration of chatbot architecture from NLP-based systems to LLM-driven workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, ReAct-style agents, and ChatVertexAI. I implemented tool calling, guardrails, and LLM evaluation frameworks to improve chatbot reliability and response quality.

Earlier, at Extramarks Education India Private Limited, I translated business requirements into technical solutions, built reusable responsive UI components with React.js, and managed state using Redux while creating custom hooks to reduce redundancy. I’m recognized for fast execution and a bias for action, including receiving the Fast Execution – Bias for Action award twice.
