I’m a Software Engineer with 2 years of experience building and shipping full-stack, AI-powered applications. At CoRover.AI, I delivered production features for Ask Disha, IRCTC’s conversational booking platform.
I led the end-to-end revamp of the IRCTC-integrated Ask Disha platform serving 20,000+ unique users—redesigning component architecture, optimizing rendering performance, and improving booking reliability under high-traffic usage.
I built prompt-based booking, split journey flow, and a mini chatbot using LLMs (BharatGPT, Google Gemini). This work supported payment success rate improvements from 70% to 85% across UPI, card, QR, and voice payment flows, while integrating 10+ backend APIs and secure payment gateways.
I also designed and implemented multilingual conversational workflows for the AMI Chatbot across 13 Indian languages. From structured API handling and fallback mechanisms to transaction state management, my focus is always on consistent booking and payment experiences—even during network failures and edge-case scenarios.
