I’m looking to lead contracts and subcontracts for complex oil & gas EPC/offshore projects—driving tendering, negotiation, cost control, and strict compliance while partnering with engineering, legal, and operations.

I bring 26 years of commercial and contracting leadership across Oil & Gas EPC and offshore capital projects, including 14+ years directing multi-million-dollar subcontracts and project service agreements for Tier-1 contractors in the UAE.

I’m skilled across the full contract lifecycle—from tendering and commercial/bid evaluation to contracting strategy, negotiation, and close-out—covering Lump Sum, Reimbursable, Time & Materials, and Unit Rate compensation structures. I’ve delivered US$65M+ in cost savings while maintaining a zero audit-observation/NCR track record, and I work confidently with ERP/procurement systems including SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle.

In my current role as Lead Subcontracts Specialist at Subsea7, Dubai, UAE (April 2022 – Present), I’ve been appointed Regional Category Lead for Precommissioning, directing category strategy and standardized contract templates across the North Africa and Brazil tender portfolio. I lead end-to-end tendering and contract award for high-value EPCI packages, and I’ve secured cost savings exceeding US$40 million through negotiation of complex scope changes, claims, and back-charges—while administering marine services, fabrication, and offshore installation subcontracts on-budget and on-schedule.

Previously, as Project Subcontracts Manager at McDermott Middle East Inc. (April 2018 – April 2022), I directed Aramco mega-project subcontracts administration and commercial oversight, including a US$1 billion KSA fabrication yard development. Earlier at Lamprell, I managed rig refurbishment and new-build programs and spearheaded implementation of the Compass ERP system for Supply Chain, strengthening visibility and contracting efficiency—alongside ISO 9001/14001/18001 audit and management representative responsibilities.
