At Nagarro, I lead a 3-engineer team delivering an Agentic AI platform adopted by a top-10 global pharma company. Its workflows support CMC, Toxicology, and Clinical Phase I/II drug-development planning, replacing 2–4 week manual workflows with AI-guided sessions completed in under 30 minutes.
For Nagarro’s IDP, I built agentic workflows with DeepAgents, Claude, MCP, Amazon Neptune, and FastAPI. I also developed a 7-layer middleware harness for compliance, validation, routing, context summarization, caching, and LLM-as-Judge checks.
At Capgemini India Pvt Ltd, I designed production agentic workflows on Azure for IT operations and owned Azure AI Foundry pipelines for retraining, A/B testing, and prompt-flow routing. Fine-tuning Llama 3.2 with QLoRA/LoRA improved task performance by 30%.
