Experienced educational leader driving student outcomes through data-informed, trauma-aware school improvement.
What I'm looking for
I am a passionate educational leader with over 20 years' experience across teaching and school leadership in Queensland, committed to inclusive, data-informed practice that improves student outcomes. As founding Campus Principal I built and scaled a Special Assistance School model, leading rapid enrolment growth, embedding trauma-informed pedagogies, and delivering large gains in QCE attainment, attendance, and retention.
I lead with relational, collaborative practice, coaching staff, aligning systems to strategic priorities, and ensuring compliance and strong partnerships with regulatory bodies and industry. I design individualized student pathways, manage budgets and operations, and mentor teachers to build sustained capability and high-impact learning environments.
