Naomi Sirya

I specialize in machine learning, data analysis, and AI, with a strong foundation in Forensic IT and Cybercrime. I use data to uncover patterns and turn insights into practical, decision-ready outputs.

In my Zindua School Fellowship, I collected, cleaned, and prepared datasets, then ran exploratory data analysis to identify seasonal and trend components. I built and compared time series models including ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet, and LSTM (TensorFlow/Keras), evaluating performance with MAE and RMSE.

I also worked on UV Index Forecasting and “Child Crimes in LA – Data Analysis & Visualization,” cleaning and analyzing data (2020–2025), and translating findings into interactive Tableau dashboards. My focus is on clear, stakeholder-friendly communication—patterns, trends, and meaningful breakdowns by location and demographics.

Before and alongside these projects, I strengthened my customer-facing problem-solving skills as a Customer Support Specialist. By troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate resolution records, and recommending solutions, I developed the ability to understand user needs and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
