I support U.S. and U.K. attorneys on personal injury matters as a Legal Virtual Assistant, providing remote litigation and case-management support. In my current freelance work, I maintain case files in Clio, MyCase, and PracticePanther.
I prepare demand letters, pleadings, and legal correspondence, and track litigation deadlines and court dates. I also support court e-filing and help organize case documentation for evaluation and preparation.
I request and organize medical records and bills, and follow up with clients, insurers, and medical providers. Keeping case information organized and current helps me support attorneys throughout case preparation.
Previously, as an Associate at Jausiku & Co Advocates, I prepared and proofread legal documents, conducted legal research, and supported court e-filing. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and a Bachelor of Laws, and I’m a Certified Legal Virtual Assistant.
