Margaret Mogute

I am a motivated and organized legal assistant with over 10 years of experience in providing paralegal assistance to judicial officers. Throughout my career, I have served more than 100 judicial officers at the Kenyan courts, where I honed my skills in document preparation, managing court dockets, and researching laws and regulations.

In my role as a Court Assistant from 2010 to 2018, I managed legal assistance at the court, serving members of the public and working at various registries, including criminal, civil, family, and mediation. I crafted reports based on magistrates' requests for over 200 cases, developing legal motions, judgments, and rulings, and ensuring the efficient filing of cases.

Currently, as a Paralegal since 2019, I have generated 30 types of legal documents, including contracts and production services agreements. I have also developed a case file indexing system that has improved the case completion rate and increased attorney efficiency by systematizing the filing system and enhancing research resource availability.
