At Publicis Sapient, I build cloud-native backend systems for logistics platforms serving more than 1.6 million daily shipping customers.

For UPS, I drove payment-module design for the All-In-One shipping platform, supporting UPS accounts, PayPal, cards, GPay, and Apple Pay. I also shipped 7+ production features across shipment creation, international compliance, DocuSign, and dynamic pricing workflows.

I'm currently re-architecting Sunbelt Rentals MuleSoft APIs onto Azure Functions with Python, APIM, Azure Service Bus, and event-driven processing for resilient downstream mobile and web experiences.

I also build applied AI products, including an Azure OpenAI chatbot and a personal multi-chat RAG application using FastAPI, LangChain, PostgreSQL, PgVector, Gemini, and Ollama.
