I’m a supply chain and procurement professional with 3+ years of experience supporting inbound logistics. At Hudson's Bay Company, I owned inbound shipment execution (100–150 ASNs/week), coordinated purchase orders, and drove vendor follow-ups to protect on-time delivery and 100% SKU accuracy across multiple DCs.

I coordinate with over 32 vendors, HBC and external carriers, and 3–4 DC teams to resolve PO and SKU discrepancies quickly. I manage capacity reports, submit appointment requests based on capacity and timing, and maintain monthly logs of appointments to keep inbound execution dependable.

I use Excel-based tracking and analysis to prepare KPI reporting and support inventory planning, including daily capacity reports and weekly transportation logs. I also set up 35 new vendors in the IMS (Qlogitek) system and update related workflows to maintain accuracy, while streamlining DC operations with carton labels and cost-saving cross-docking.

Earlier, I built data-driven inventory reordering models for apparel bestsellers and conducted Pareto analysis to identify high-impact SKUs. I bring structured problem solving and cross-functional collaboration across operations, suppliers, and stakeholders—plus a strong technical toolkit including Power BI, SQL, and Agile methods.
