I’m looking for a finance/accounting role where I can leverage payroll, reconciliation, and financial reporting strengths to improve operational efficiency—while supporting compliance, audit readiness, and effective team delivery.

I’m a detail-oriented Accounting Technician and Margin Accountant Team Lead with a strong foundation in global finance services. I bring proven expertise in financial reporting, payroll administration, and accounts reconciliation across recruitment services, FMCG, and financial institutions.

In my current role as Margin Accountant Team Lead at MPH Mauritius, I supervise and manage a team of 4, preparing monthly financial and accounting reports to support management decision-making. I manage accounts payables and receivables, reconcile accounts, maintain the general ledger, and issue Statements of Account with proactive follow-up to enhance cash flow.

I’ve consistently improved operational performance through process and system upgrades—spearheading Microsoft Dynamics 365 user training so adoption happened within two weeks. I also designed and implemented a Microsoft Office tracking template that streamlined timesheet processing, improved accuracy, and reduced processing errors.
