At Straive (LearningMate), I contributed to the SRD Ancillary K-12 Science project, designing high-touch, medium-touch, PBL, and spiral lesson plans with in-house AI tools. I also authored interactive e-learning content in Mindsmith and prepared teacher slides.
At Busy Bees School (Activity-Based Learning), I designed K-12 curricula aligned to NEP 2020 and NCF 2023, and built e-learning modules in Articulate 360 and Google Classroom. I also conceptualised and launched Unmukh Studio, an activity-based innovation hub for student-centred, experiential learning.
My work has also included designing teacher training programmes and translating curriculum policy into practical school operations. Earlier, I analysed customer data and created training and process documentation at DBS Bank India Limited, and designed course materials, assignments, and evaluation rubrics as an Assistant Professor at Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering.
