At ConveGenius, I lead instructional design and assessment development, including the design and deployment of 200+ competency-based assessments across Commerce and Science. I also developed cognitive-level mapping frameworks to support higher-order thinking.
I manage digital content workflows and review learning assets, and I collaborate with technology teams through JIRA on academic releases. My work includes assessments for SBA, FMB, and TPD bots, as well as academic input during adaptive learning and bot development cycles.
I’ve trained teachers in Bloom’s Taxonomy and assessment design, and mentored content associates during assessment creation. Earlier, I taught Commerce and Economics at Riverside Academy, Rajat Degree College, and Loyola International School.
