Data Analyst turning complex datasets into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience extracting insights from large, complex datasets and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders. Through my MSc in Physics, I bring a strong quantitative and statistical foundation, and I’m equally at home in building analysis and in explaining what the results mean.
In my recent role as a Graduate Research Assistant, I performed exploratory data analysis (EDA) on 8,000+ hours of satellite data using Python to detect anomalies and quantify impact on signal quality. I also led data wrangling and quality assurance on high-frequency time-series datasets by developing repeatable ETL pipelines and validation frameworks, then applied feature engineering and statistical analysis to distinguish signals from noise—ultimately producing a 100-page technical report and presenting recommendations to subject matter experts.

Graduate Research Assistant
University of New Brunswick
Sep 2022 - Apr 2025 (2 years 7 months)
Performed exploratory data analysis on 8,000+ hours of satellite time-series data using Python to detect anomalies and quantify their impact on signal quality. Built repeatable ETL and validation frameworks, applied feature engineering and statistical analysis to separate signals from noise, and delivered a 100-page technical report with findings to subject matter experts.
Teaching Assistant
University of New Brunswick
Sep 2022 - Apr 2024 (1 year 7 months)
Delivered weekly tutorial sessions for 200+ students and analyzed assessment data to identify recurring knowledge gaps. Adjusted the instructional approach based on student performance to improve learning outcomes.
Visiting Student Researcher
Physical Research Laboratory (ISRO)
Jan 2021 - Dec 2021 (11 months)
Conducted exploratory data analysis on time-series scientific datasets in Python to validate hypotheses. Implemented statistical models and correlation analysis and delivered an analytical report with results and recommendations.
AI/ML Research Intern
Sudaksh Technologies
Jun 2019 - Jul 2019 (1 month)
Developed and trained CNN models for image classification and obstacle detection using TensorFlow and Keras. Built an end-to-end data preparation pipeline and ran comparative experiments across architectures to optimize performance, contributing to a client-facing computer vision demo.
