Previously at B4uLeap, recruiting partner of Xponentl Data, I led end-to-end hiring for AWS, Azure Data, AI/ML, DevOps, Tableau, and Power BI roles. My sourcing, vendor-management, and recruitment analytics work improved fill rates by 25%, reduced time-to-fill by 35%, and expanded the pipeline by more than 1,000 prospects.

My experience at John Lewis Partnership and Habib Bank AG Zurich strengthened my focus on candidate experience, ATS optimisation, compliance, workforce reporting, and inclusive hiring. I bring an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham to technology recruitment across UK and Indian markets.
