I’m a highly organized, results-driven administrative professional with proven experience supporting programmatic and operational functions in dynamic nonprofit environments. I bring exceptional skills in donor reporting, social media management, and monitoring & evaluation support, while coordinating office activities and maintaining accurate records.

In my current role as Programs Associate at Sustainable Community Initiative for Empowerment (SCINE), I help plan and execute community empowerment programs aligned with strategic goals, build strong relationships with local partners and beneficiaries, and collect/analyse field data to assess program effectiveness. Previously, as an Administrative Assistant at Network for ActiveCitizens, I improved internal communication and task coordination, authored concept notes attached to payment requests to support transparent and accountable processes, and collaborated with the M&E team to organize and update program documents, including supporting monitoring and evaluation of entrepreneurship businesses and youth-led research around Kampala.
