Nallely Nunez
@nallelynunez
Detail-oriented Medical Assistant combining clinical support and high-volume administrative accuracy to improve patient care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Medical Assistant who supports both patients and physicians with strong front- and back-office reliability. I greet visitors, answer and forward phone calls using a multi-line phone system, prepare exam rooms, document vital signs, and schedule patient appointments.
During my 170-hour Medical Assistant internship, I performed high-volume outreach calls to relay priority lab results clearly and concisely, and I handled follow-up questions when additional information was requested. I also managed patients’ insurance information and inputted data updates into designated medical software in accordance with patient solicitation.
I completed a 900-hour nationally accredited Council on Occupational Education Medical Assistant Program and built a foundation across Administrative and Clinical skills, Medical Billing and Insurance, Patient Care, Foundational Sciences, and Professionalism and Ethics. I’m CPR trained and knowledgeable in HIPAA and OSHA, with a focus on accurate documentation and attention to detail.
Before healthcare, I worked as an Early Learning Facilitator Assistant in a fast-paced group setting, where I demonstrated organization, adaptability, and problem solving while multitasking to maintain a safe, productive, positive environment. That experience still shapes how I work today: calm under pressure, team-focused, and committed to patient-centered care—bilingual in Spanish and English.
