I've built cloud-native data platforms and GenAI analytics solutions across banking, telecom, media, marketing, and entertainment domains. My work centers on GCP, Python, SQL, BigQuery, Airflow, and Dataflow.
At HSBC, I designed an automation script to compare legacy and modern Airflow pipelines on GCP, reducing manual validation effort by 50% while improving data quality and minimizing operational errors. I also support production releases through incident management, change requests, Jenkins deployments, and technical runbooks.
At Infosys' Central AI Team, I built a Text-to-SQL engine for natural-language BigQuery queries and a GenAI Jira Q&A assistant using Pinecone embeddings and real-time webhook synchronization. I also developed a FastAPI forecasting service and orchestrated complex ingestion and transformation workflows with Apache Airflow.
