What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support clinicians with evidence-based ENT assessment and conservative management, while spotting red flags early for urgent referral. I focus on antibiotic stewardship, clear algorithms, and patient education that improves outcomes.

I present on “Common ENT Conditions with Focus on Conservative Management,” emphasizing practical, systematic ENT assessment and history-taking for primary and secondary care settings.

My approach highlights evidence-based decision-making—recognizing when to use conservative management versus when to escalate—supported by tools like Centor/FeverPAIN for tonsillitis and watchful waiting pathways in AOM and OME.

I also focus heavily on safety: teaching clinicians to identify ENT red flag symptoms warranting urgent referral (e.g., sudden sensorineural hearing loss, persistent neck lump, unilateral symptoms in high-risk patients) and to apply clear “safety-netting” principles.

From topical/local treatments (e.g., OE topical drops, cerumenolytics and irrigation first, epistaxis first aid and cautery when indicated) to structured referral and investigation strategies (audiogram/tympanometry, MRI IAM with gadolinium, USS neck + FNAC), I aim to improve antibiotic stewardship and patient outcomes.
