I’m a Contract Analyst Level 2 who analyzes and interprets complex commercial contracts with a focus on accuracy and compliance. I handle MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and 526a/amendments to ensure client requirements are met.
In my current role at Pramata (Apr 2026–Present), I lead contract abstraction and data extraction with high precision, maintaining quality benchmarks and reducing review cycles. I digitize and abstract key legal and commercial clauses from global contracts to support timely renewals, terminations, and audits.
Previously at Pramata (Jun 2024–Mar 2026), I managed contract lifecycles and delivered high-accuracy results across contract volume environments. I also collaborate cross-functionally to support consistent interpretation while identifying key obligations and risks.
Before that, I trained as a Legal Trainee (MV.KINI, Dec 2023–May 2024), handling matters related to NHAI, DRT, and NCLT. I drafted legal notices and written statements, provided legal opinions, and strengthened my litigation and corporate foundation through specialized coursework.
