At Xovolt, I architected and developed a production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS employee onboarding platform, taking it from conception through deployment. It includes Super Admin, Tenant Admin, Employee, and CRM modules, with role-based access control and organisation-level data isolation.
I built Django REST Framework APIs for registration, role assignments, document management, automated checklists, and approval flows. I also integrated a context-aware AI Assistant that helps users create onboarding stages through natural language, add employees, and assign templates.
At Xovolt, I also integrated the React.js frontend with the Django backend and developed PDF and Excel analytics reports. Alongside hands-on development, I coordinated the team, planned sprints, and tracked issues in JIRA.
Before Xovolt, I wrote technical content at WriterBricks, including a course on software design patterns. I also taught web development and computer science topics as a Visiting Lecturer at Punjab University (PUCIT & IER).
