I’m a Salesforce and CRM operations professional with over 9 years of experience in large-scale telecommunications environments. I leverage Salesforce Service Cloud for operational support, case management, and process optimization.

In my day-to-day work, I use Salesforce Service Cloud for case management, customer follow-up, and operational support in high-volume settings. I also collaborate across teams on continuous improvement, incident resolution, and CRM workflow optimization.

I strengthen operations through clear process documentation, operational metrics tracking, and support for adoption of CRM tools and workflows. I train and support internal users on Salesforce tools and processes, and I help teams improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

I’m currently focused on advancing into Salesforce administration, with a Salesforce Administrator Certification in progress via Trailhead. I’m energized by fast-paced environments, cross-functional work, and making CRM operations simpler, faster, and more reliable.
