What I'm looking for

I’m looking for Lead SDET, Engineering Manager – Quality, or Quality Platform roles at fast-scaling product companies—where I can own end-to-end automation, CI/CD quality gates, and developer-owned quality practices that reduce defects and speed up releases.

I’m a hands-on Lead SDET and Test Automation Architect with 12+ years building end-to-end automation ecosystems, quality platforms, and CI/CD release pipelines for high-scale consumer products. I’ve consistently taken ownership end-to-end—from test strategy and framework design to release gates—so teams can ship with confidence.

Currently, I’m the sole SDET at Dream Cricket (Dream Sports Group), where I single-handedly built an entire E2E automation framework from scratch for a commercial Unreal Engine gaming app using Python + Airtest. With no DOM support, I implemented image-recognition-based automation to create 800+ automated end-to-end tests, eliminating manual regression overhead for bi-weekly releases.

Previously at Dream11 (Dream Sports Group), I led Contest team automation on a 100M+ user platform, owning real-money payment flow testing and GraphQL mocking frameworks. I also drove test pyramid optimisation, improved pipeline reliability with nightly regression signals, and helped scale developer-owned quality by onboarding and mentoring engineers onto automation they can independently run and extend.
