I am a civil engineer with 11 years' experience focused on contract management, tendering, and business development across roads, rail, bridges, industrial, powerplant, residential and commercial projects.
I have led tender and cost engineering teams, prepared bidding documents, established bidding strategies, participated in PQ and negotiation meetings, and managed contracts following FIDIC. I also draft EOIs, NDAs, MOUs, JV and consortium agreements.
My project experience includes Design & Build factory and warehouse projects, metro/DMRT works, university campus civil works, large industrial and powerplant buildings, and nationwide bridge rehabilitation programs funded by IDA. I have also supported overseas business development and company enlistment.
