I’m a healthcare data scientist and analyst with 4+ years of experience in quality improvement, patient safety analytics, and clinical data management. I turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights that support safer care and measurable quality outcomes.

My work centers on hands-on analytics tools and healthcare reporting needs—especially Epic COGITO (SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench), Microsoft Power BI, and regulatory compliance reporting. I’ve managed patient data systems, trained clinical staff on data analytics tools, and created quality scorecards for safety monitoring.

In my current role at General Dynamics Electric Boat, I manage HIPAA-compliant patient data for an on-site occupational health environment serving 16,000+ employees. I also lead migration of enterprise reporting systems from SAP Business Objects to Microsoft Power BI, building safety and quality dashboards that track workplace injury trends, incident rates, and key safety KPIs for executive leadership.

Previously, at Professional Partners, I designed and developed interactive business intelligence dashboards using Epic COGITO and Microsoft Access, and I trained end-users through hands-on workshops and documentation. Earlier at the University of Connecticut, I supported data integration and reporting needs by writing Oracle SQL queries and implementing ETL processes for data validation and loading.
