What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply rigorous, hypothesis-driven analysis to healthcare clinical, operational, and growth reporting, where I can build trusted dashboards, improve data quality, and translate findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

At NYC Health + Hospitals / Ellis Hospital, I clean, audit, and analyze complex institutional datasets to uncover data-quality gaps and operational patterns. I build Power BI and Tableau dashboards that help senior leaders turn data signals into actionable decisions.

Using PDSA-driven analysis, I've helped reduce patient fall incidents by 60% through data-backed evaluation of process and documentation gaps. My healthcare research background brings over a decade of quantitative study design, inferential analysis, and clear reporting for interdisciplinary audiences.
