At i6 Systems, I led more than 10 platform migrations for mission-critical aviation services, taking each from RFC authorship through rollout. I also built Grafana observability across more than 50 microservices and 1,000+ pods, moving from zero production visibility to distributed tracing.
I built and shipped a production AI triage agent connected to Slack, Jira, and Confluence. It reduced interruptions and helped resolve more issues without developer involvement; I also led the workgroup that scaled agentic tooling across the team.
Previously, I built secure backend services at VirtualHealth for a regulated healthcare platform and architected an append-only audit trail for its live multi-tenant system. At Orth Enterprises, I led SaaS backend engineering and introduced engineering practices including CI/CD, containerisation, and TDD. I stay close to the code and make trade-offs explicit through RFCs and quality practices.
