I’m an in-house Legal Counsel with a strong commercial mindset, advising on corporate, commercial, employment, insurance and risk matters across multiple divisions and jurisdictions. I’ve acted as Sole Legal Counsel for UK and South Africa and worked as a key lawyer for the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) business.
I take ownership of end-to-end legal work: reviewing and drafting multi-million-pound contracts, negotiating with suppliers and customers, preparing court/tribunal documentation, and managing disputes through mediation and settlement. I negotiated and settled a £10 million litigation claim, and I maintain legal risk frameworks and clear reporting for senior management and HR.
Across my roles, I’ve managed external law firms, delivered legal training, updated legal templates to reflect legal changes, and supported business decision-making with legally sound solutions. I’m motivated by business-focused legal guidance that eliminates legal gaps and helps teams move with confidence.
