I’m a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, where I lead teams across numerous shifts and keep service running with speed and accuracy. I handle customer concerns directly, process credits when needed, and ensure customer satisfaction through food and service.

I also manage end-of-shift responsibilities with strong attention to detail—counting drawers and the safe, entering “End of shift paperwork” into computer software in a “7 step’ manner, and monitoring daily sales, food cost, and inventory. I maintain a steady focus on position monitoring so tasks get completed correctly and on time.

Before this role, I built supporting experience as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee at Kroger—counting pills, scanning and typing prescription information, filing prescriptions by a color/number scheme, and supporting insurance verification and electronic prescription processing. Earlier, I worked as a Team Member/Cashier at Skyline Chili, taking drive thru and lobby orders via touchscreen registers, handling cash or card transactions, assisting with dining room service, and supporting food prep, stocking, and opening/closing duties.
