What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Medical Liaison Officer role where I can combine clinical understanding with strong stakeholder communication, gather field feedback, and help translate medical information into practical guidance for patients and healthcare providers.

I’m a final-year medical student seeking to apply my clinical grounding and stakeholder communication skills to a Medical Liaison Officer role. Through clinical rotations, I’ve built a communication bridge between senior physicians, allied health staff, and patients—supporting case presentations, treatment planning discussions, and bedside teaching that turns clinical reasoning into clear guidance.

Before and alongside my training, I worked as a Clinical Assistant and served as the point of contact in daily clinic operations, where I conducted diagnostic testing for malaria and pregnancy, communicated results and next steps, and educated patients on medication usage to improve understanding and adherence. I also bring front-line public-facing experience from representing a telecom organization at a booth, collecting customer feedback and market data that informed service improvements. I’m comfortable gathering field-level feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and communicating confidently in English, Bemba, and Nyanja (with working knowledge of Tonga and French), so providers and communities across Zambia can act on medical and service information.
