I’m looking for a team where I can own performance testing strategy end-to-end—build test environments, automate where it helps, and partner with developers—while mentoring others to improve quality, reliability, and system scalability.

I’m a Quality Engineer with extensive experience as a Performance Engineer, QA Manual Tester, Freelancer, and Mentor, with a proven track record of designing and executing effective performance testing strategies to ensure optimal system performance and quality software. I initiate and lead performance testing for large-scale migration and business-critical projects, translating business requirements into comprehensive test plans and scenarios, including policy management systems, claims processing platforms, and customer portals.

I build performance test environments from scratch—handling tool selection and script development—and run functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate system functionality, data accuracy, and performance metrics. I’m also responsible for defect documentation and prioritization, root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, requirements reviews, and sprint planning to improve testability and risk mitigation; I’ve mentored junior engineers and supported performance-test learning programs that reduced onboarding time and strengthened delivery standards.
