I’m a motivated mechanical engineering graduate with a BEng (Hons) from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HNC from City of Glasgow College. I build confidence through technical depth, strong analysis, and a practical mindset that carries into every project I support.

At RSP Consulting Engineers, I’ve worked within a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver mechanical building services systems. I contribute to projects such as above-ground drainage, water services, heating & cooling systems, and ventilation design—supporting engineering calculations, coordination, and compliant system design.

My key technical work includes calculating heating and cooling loads, domestic water demand, and ventilation airflow requirements. I also perform pipe and pump sizing using CIBSE guidance (flow rates, pressure drops, frictional losses, and static head), and I assist with selection of key plant such as booster sets, hot water cylinders, radiators, and heating/chilled water pumps using performance data and manufacturer curves.

I create detailed technical drawings and coordinated layouts using Revit and AutoCAD, and I use IES VE for building performance and environmental analysis. I’m also committed to continuous professional development—backed by workshop experience (turning and milling, safe machine operation), CAD and simulation with Creo and ANSYS (Fluent and FEA), and a disciplined professional work ethic shaped through demanding security shifts.
