Seeking a role in an innovative environment that values human-centered design and emerging technologies, offering opportunities for growth in UX/UI and design systems.

I am a dedicated Product Designer with a strong background in UX and UI design, currently based in Lisbon, Portugal. My professional journey includes leading design strategies for prominent companies like Segurança Social and Defined.ai, where I contributed to the development of Diana, a conversational AI. I have a proven track record of enhancing user experiences and driving design system initiatives forward.

At Segurança Social, I am actively involved in designing strategies to increase user engagement with the Social Security APP, aiming to reduce uninstall rates and improve overall user satisfaction. I also play a key role in the development and governance of the design system, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design into code using Flutter.

Previously, at Defined.ai, I led the design and development of Diana, a conversational AI, and provided mentorship to enhance team technical proficiency. My role involved integrating design tokens and establishing changelogs to optimize resource allocation and reduce technical debt in Neevo, a product used by thousands. I also led the DesignOps team at Creditas, guiding the team towards innovative design solutions and scaling team processes for efficiency and happiness.
