What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities as a Senior GPU Software Engineer, HPC Solutions Architect, or HPC Research Scientist, contributing to high-performance software development, GPU optimization, and scalable computing architectures. I'm open to full-time international remote work with US and European teams, research collaborations, and relocation opportunities in Europe.

At SENAI CIMATEC, I developed and optimized scientific computing applications for Petrobras engineering projects, including structural simulations and GPU-accelerated seismic imaging.

I contributed to a Domain-Specific Language for automated seismic imaging code generation, extending its capabilities across multiprocessor, multicore, and multi-GPU systems. I also supported research and training activities for 14 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students.

At UNEB - Universidade do Estado da Bahia, I teach Artificial Intelligence, Game Programming, and Software Development, and supervise student projects. I have also delivered hands-on HPC and GPU programming training at the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing (LNCC) Summer School.

My postdoctoral research at University College Dublin examined data partitioning and performance modeling for heterogeneous processors. My current research focuses on task scheduling and data locality in distributed multi-GPU systems.
