Developed IntraVault for migrating SMTP journal entries from Enterprise Vault to CommVault using Jakarta EE 11. Built an Administration Portal for SaaS applications with Spring Framework and Java 25, and developed a PoC for 'Gaia', an employee AI-chat for company insights.

Led a 6-person technical team across solution delivery and pre-sales consulting. Expanded DataSunrise adoption across Turkey and Europe, securing 15 enterprise customers and growing the VAD solution portfolio.

Directed and mentored multiple technical teams spanning BI and Software Development. Led implementation of a Claims Fraud detection project with rule-based scoring, ML, and Social Network Analysis, achieving ROI in less than two months. Architected a new enterprise-grade Data Warehouse using IBM IIW, DataStage, and CDC, and established Self-Service BI with IBM Cognos.

Built the IT function for a greenfield life insurance startup, owning technology strategy, infrastructure design, and implementation. Led IT procurement and vendor management, including selection and implementation of Core Insurance Software. Designed and executed the complete IT infrastructure build-out for the new head office.

Provided specialized consultancy services for international and domestic clients, including Aviva Asigurari de Viata S.A., AvivaSA Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş., and AD Yazılım Sanayi A.Ş. Led Data Warehouse development, data migration, and provided technical support for IBM AIX and Oracle environments.

Managed the Software Development Group, leading the entire lifecycle for the company's in-house application portfolio. Architected and delivered a centralized management application controlling over 300 IBM POS terminals across 50+ store locations. Optimized core Oracle databases and enhanced ETL processes.

Managed delivery of three concurrent projects tied to the launch and enhancement of the new pension core system. Architected and implemented the integration interface between the core policy system and Oracle Financials. Led data migration efforts and developed an internal Asset Tracking Software solution.

Technical Lead for the end-to-end implementation of core operational and accounting software packages. Successfully led two major data and system migration projects.
