At Tech Mahindra, I led QA activities for the Orbit telecom OSS/BSS application and designed its Playwright automation framework using TypeScript and JavaScript. I automated customer provisioning, billing, and service activation workflows, and integrated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

On the NextGen Order-to-Cash transformation, I automated SAP Sales and Distribution workflows with Tricentis Tosca, including order-to-cash, inquiry-to-quotation, and returns processing. I also validated integrations using IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.

At InsourceIndia Pvt Ltd, I implemented a Playwright framework for the AIMS360 ERP eCommerce application and configured parallel, multi-browser execution with GitHub Actions and Jenkins. Across my work, I’ve tested telecom, eCommerce/ERP, SAP, and capital markets applications.
