At University of Washington-Bothell, I teach organic chemistry and chemistry laboratories, including organic and general chemistry courses. I have taught there since 2013.
My research has included synthesizing and characterizing benzoferrocenyl chiral ligands, developing a microwave-assisted method for synthesizing imines, and studying asymmetric organic synthesis using metal-organic frameworks. I also have experience in multi-step synthesis, organometallic chemistry, and analytical techniques including NMR, GC-MS, and HPLC.
