What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level IT support role where I can troubleshoot hardware, Windows, and connectivity issues, support users clearly, and continue developing my networking and cybersecurity skills.

I'm transitioning into IT support after completing a BSc in Geology/Geophysics at UFAZ and building practical foundations in computer hardware, Windows troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity. I've passed CompTIA A+ Core 1 through self-study and am preparing for Core 2.

Through a six-month cybersecurity training program, I've worked with Linux, Windows, Active Directory, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Python, and Bash in controlled labs. I approach issues step by step, document clearly, and communicate effectively with users.
