At Conneqtion Group, I built and deployed a production HR assistant on Microsoft Teams and OCI, used by 400+ employees across 3,000+ monthly interactions. It simplified employee letters and HR delegation, saving 45 to 60 hours of manual work each month.
I also built a governed procurement SQL agent and a multimodal retrieval system, and developed AI agents and workflows across enterprise records. My work included validating invoice extraction, improving lead qualification, and tuning retrieval and prompts to reduce agent response time and production errors.
On independent projects, I developed Dissect, an AI second brain for saving and searching content across web, WhatsApp, and Instagram. I also created Margam AI, Tend, and Margam Smriti to help users navigate study-abroad planning, task prioritization, and shared business workflows.
