I've analyzed large-scale healthcare datasets with neurologists and clinical researchers at The University of Texas at Dallas and UT Southwestern Medical Center, supporting epilepsy research through Python, SQL, data validation, feature engineering, and clinical reporting.
As a Machine Learning Research Intern at UT Southwestern, I used U-Net segmentation and customized YOLOv4 models to detect protein aggregates in histopathological images. My projects include seizure onset zone detection with 82.36% accuracy and COVID-19 severity prediction with a 93.2% F-score.
Earlier at IQVIA, I queried pharmaceutical data, automated recurring client reports with SSIS, SQL Server, and Excel, and helped improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
