I’m a Data Analyst focused on turning complex data into clear, KPI-driven performance dashboards. At Zylentrix, I developed and maintained performance dashboards using Python, Excel, and Looker Studio to track key organizational KPIs and support data-driven operational decision-making.

I also led the Employee Value Index (Pilot System) initiative, designing a structured metrics framework to quantify employee contributions. I perform end-to-end data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting pipelines, reducing manual effort and improving team productivity.

Beyond reporting, I enjoy guiding others through applied analytics—my Data Analyst & ML Trainer internship at InternZity included managing a trainers team and mentoring students in data analytics and AI/ML with project-based learning. From my CRM Data Analysis & Customer Insights Dashboard (including SQL feature engineering and churn-risk insights) to a Student Management & Performance Analysis system (with interactive Power BI dashboards and a 40% reduction in manual tracking), I bring a practical, results-first approach—plus recognition like 2× Team of the Month and a peer-reviewed paper on Flight Delay Prediction.
