MUHAMMET ÖZDEMiR

I am an AI researcher and engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience developing AutoML methods and production computer-vision systems. I lead and contribute to funded research projects and have co-authored SCI/E-indexed publications advancing neural architecture and activation design.

As a developer I build end-to-end systems — from optimization-driven model design to deployment — including real-time multi-camera CNNs for access control and ID verification. I have practical MLOps experience and deploy models into production environments.

I founded and lead a university AI club, guiding 20 students across multiple TÜBİTAK- and TÜSEB-funded projects and coordinating teams that reached national finalist status in a health AI competition. I have experience integrating ML engines with business systems like POS and mobile apps for recommendation tasks.
