I lead a small team managing AWS infrastructure for a SaaS product, including PCI DSS compliance work. Built an EKS platform with GitOps deployments through Argo CD, plus an AI powered system using Bedrock that catches and fixes infrastructure issues on its own. Cut deployment times almost in half and got infrastructure setup down from days to under an hour with Terraform.

Set up stage environments so the team could test and debug without touching production. Built CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and AWS CodeDeploy that pushed code straight from GitHub to EC2, cutting out manual release steps. Also implemented a full monitoring stack with Grafana, Prometheus, Promtail and Loki so we could see system health in real time and catch issues early.

Managed network infrastructure across AWS and DigitalOcean for a high-traffic ecommerce platform running in multiple regions. Found idle resources and right-sized instances to cut cloud spend by about 15% in just three months. Built CI/CD pipelines for PHP, React, Node and Python apps, set up a Galera Cluster for zero data loss, and added Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring.

Managed AWS network setup including VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups and NAT gateways to keep production environments secure and connected. Provisioned EC2 instances for app and database servers, handling instance sizing, EBS volumes and AMIs. Also monitored network performance, managed firewall rules, and responded to incidents to keep services running within SLA.
