At Teradata, I built and operated a self-service platform for internal training and live customer events, replacing manual Amazon EKS deployments with Argo CD and GitLab CI/CD. I redesigned lab provisioning with YAML, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and Lambda APIs, delivering more than $200K in annualized infrastructure savings.

I've led a three-engineer team, supported production incidents as an L3 escalation engineer, and built AWS and Azure lab platforms. I also created a chaos engineering sandbox for my MSc dissertation and run a four-server home lab for hands-on infrastructure and observability work.
