Development Lead at Encode building GIS platforms with ArcGIS and GeoServer, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering AI-powered applications.

Message

At Encode, I lead engineering on PSDI, a GIS-based enterprise platform integrating ArcGIS and GeoServer for spatial data and mapping. I’ve also developed geospatial systems for PTCL and migrated electricity distribution software from legacy Java to .NET Core and Angular.

I’ve built a RAG chatbot with WhatsApp integration, an HRMS, and a Fleet Manager application using microservices. My work includes .NET Core APIs, Angular and React front ends, and Azure services.

Earlier, I developed full-stack products and APIs at Synergy IT, SAUFIK Technologies, and Abacus Multimedia, and built a Visa Processing system at Allison's Consulting. I’ve led and mentored engineering teams, including a team of 40+ at Encode.
