I’m looking to lead Dynamics 365 techno-functional architecture for complex ERP/CRM programs—owning integrations, data migrations, and Power Platform solutions—while partnering closely with business teams to drive measurable efficiency and adoption.

I’m a Techno-Functional Architect and Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with 12+ years of experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance & Operations, Business Central) and the Power Platform. I’m known for bridging business needs and technology execution to deliver scalable, high-impact ERP and CRM solutions that drive transformation and efficiency.

In my current role (2023–Present), I lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM solutions. I gather business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, architect integration frameworks using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs, and implement complex business logic with X++, C#, and TypeScript—while also overseeing data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation from legacy systems.

Previously, I worked as a Technical Architect for the Dynamics 365 suite (2021–2023), integrating Finance, Operations, and Business Central with third-party apps via RESTful APIs and web services. I’ve also built Power Apps Portals for self-service, managed full lifecycle Dynamics 365 customization, developed reusable frameworks and DevOps pipelines, and delivered Power BI reporting and performance optimizations across ERP/CRM programs.
