I am a Site Engineer with a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, focused on implementing safety protocols, quality assurance, and project documentation. I leverage my civil engineering understanding of structural analysis and design principles to support construction work that complies with plans and technical specifications.

I enforce safety on-site to reduce accidents and minimize risks, while also preparing daily progress reports and maintaining accurate records. I supervise and manage construction activities, inspect sites regularly, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards through routine inspections and quality control tests.

I also bring strong leadership and coordination skills, mentoring junior engineers and site staff and organizing regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges. By collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, I align team objectives to project milestones—improving communication, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
