At Taekwondo Ozone, I hold end-to-end accountability for a programme operating across seven locations. I plan annual programmes and budgets, set operating standards, and track delivery across sites.
I also run day-to-day operations across six concurrent locations, maintaining weekly schedules and re-planning around venue availability, school calendars, and coach absences. I track participant progress and prepare regular reports for parents and school stakeholders.
As General Chairman, I negotiate with stakeholder groups including coaches, school administrators, parents, alumni, and the student-affairs office. I also direct division leads and handle escalations such as site launches, coach assignments, and resource allocation.
Earlier, at UKM Taekwondo, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, I owned the annual programme plan and coordinated across divisions. I also served as Secretary at Rohani Islam Student Organisation, SMAN 4 Tangerang Selatan, handling correspondence, records, meeting materials, and minutes.
